How It All Started

Back in 2018, I was sitting in a corporate office wondering if this was really it. You know that feeling? Spent my twenties climbing the ladder, getting softer by the day, losing the fire I had when I was competing in MMA circuits.

One night after another soul-crushing meeting, I walked past this run-down warehouse on Dundas. Something just clicked. What if I could build a space where people didn't just work out - they transformed? Where showing up wasn't a chore but the highlight of their day?

Took every penny I had, maxed out two credit cards, and convinced three training buddies to join me. We gutted that warehouse ourselves, painting walls at 2am, installing equipment that we couldn't really afford yet. Seven years later, we're still here - still sweating, still grinding, still building warriors one session at a time.

This isn't just my gym. It's our community's proving ground.
